“Had trouble with my oil furnace again. Had reset it myself but the furnace finally went in to a "hard lockdown-call service" alert. Spencer was really busy that day but Robin was sent out to my farm right away. He discovered that the problem was technical and had it solved in good time. Robin stayed and made sure that the furnace was cycling properly before he left. He was very polite and explained the problem very well so that I understood what had happened. It was something technical that only a service repair person could fix. AquaTemp has been and will continue to be my "go to" people for my oil furnace problems. I can't thank them enough. “I had a tenant who was having water heater difficulties, and after calling AquaTemp in the evening, I was given options on when the service techs could come as well as being told about any fees associated with the call (ie. after hours call out fees, etc) so I was able to make a decision dependent on how emergent the situation was. Nick arrived in the morning, made the necessary adjustments to the water heater, and then explained to me the situation as it was now, and what would be possible for the future. I appreciated him answering all of my questions, and he was very helpful on offering different options for replacement of the current unit.

“I live in the country about 1/2 hour from Saskatoon. Had trouble with my Olsen oil furnace. After spending over an hour on the phone trying to find someone who could still trouble shoot and repair my furnace I finally picked AquaTemp. They sent out Spencer and Brent the afternoon that I phoned. They were able to get my furnace running but the motor would have to be replaced and a new motor would have to be found. They assured me that they would do their best – – and they did!! They will return with a new motor ASAP. These guys were very polite, knowledgeable and prompt.
